AI Systems Engineer
The Role:
Our team is expanding, and we are hiring an AI Systems Engineer to help drive the adoption, integration, and governance of enterprise AI technologies across the Group Company . You will join a collaborative and forward-thinking team responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and compliant AI platforms that empower employees and enhance business operations.
As an AI Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for administering and integrating to administrate and integrate enterprise AI platforms, developing develop AI-powered agents and automations, and ensuring ensure AI services are secure, reliable, and aligned with the Group's Company's technology strategy. Working closely with IT, Information Security, Product Management, and other business stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering innovative AI solutions that support the organisation's long-term digital transformation.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Administer, maintain, and support enterprise AI platforms, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and third-party AI services
- Design, develop, and manage AI-powered agents and business automations using Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, and approved enterprise knowledge sources
- Collaborate with Product Management and business stakeholders to identify AI use cases, gather requirements, and deliver AI solutions that improve business processes
- Manage the full lifecycle of AI agents, from design and deployment to monitoring, optimisation, and retirement
- Develop and maintain enterprise AI connectors, including Microsoft Graph connectors, Power Platform connectors, and custom integrations
- Deploy, configure, and support Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to enable secure integration between AI platforms and enterprise systems
- Manage API integrations, authentication mechanisms, and secure access using OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), service accounts, and related technologies
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise AI platforms, integrations, and automation solutions to ensure performance, reliability, and security
- Collaborate with Information Security teams to implement AI governance, security controls, compliance requirements, and data protection measures
- Support the development and maintenance of AI governance frameworks, approval processes, and enterprise AI standards
- Manage AI platform licensing, capacity planning, usage analytics, and adoption metrics
- Promote AI adoption across the Group by delivering documentation, workshops, user support, and training initiatives
- Participate in AI strategy discussions, platform evaluations, and technology roadmap planning
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements that enhance business efficiency
- Maintain accurate technical documentation for AI platforms, integrations, automations, and related configurations
Main requirements:

- BSc/MSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in Systems Engineering, Platform Engineering, Enterprise Applications, IT Integration, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 technologies, including Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access, and SharePoint
- Practical experience working with enterprise AI platforms, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini
- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform connectors, OAuth, and Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Experience developing AI agents and automations using Copilot Studio, including knowledge grounding and Power Automate
- Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), including building or consuming standard and custom MCP servers
- Familiarity with Azure AI services, particularly Azure AI Search and Azure OpenAI Service
- Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI principles, and enterprise security controls such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP), sensitivity labels, and compliance frameworks
- Experience integrating enterprise platforms with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or similar systems
- Scripting experience using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages for automation and administration
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
