The Role:
As a Back Office Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing and executing client funding requests, accessing and processing a big number of transactions on a daily basis.

The main responsibilities of the position include:
·         Processing deposits, withdrawals and refunds based on established policies and procedures
·         Ensuring compliance with the company’s anti-money laundering procedures 
·         Internally assisting all departments with any issues related to client funds
·         Providing suggestions on system enhancements
·         Performing other ad hoc tasks, as requested
 
Main requirements:
·         Degree in finance, economics or accounting is considered an advantage
·         Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
·         Efficient and detail-oriented
·         Computer and numerically literate
·         Ability to work on shift rotation is a must
