Cloud Services/Systems Engineer – Cyprus or Greece
The Role:
We are looking for a professional who will help us build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure. You will join a team of talented engineers who handle multiple technologies across various environments, delivering mission-critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance, and security.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Manage Intune MDM for Windows 10, Mac Endpoints, iOS & Android
- Manage Azure AD Environment (Premium AD, identity protection, groups, conditional access)
- Manage Office 365 Enterprise products (SharePoint, Teams, Compliance & Security)
- Create SSO Integrations for various applications
- Manage Enterprise Access Control Matrix
- Manage our VPN solution and endpoint connectivity for our mobility solution
- Handle Patch Management and manage Application Packaging (SCCM, Intune, third-party)
- Research and develop new solutions according to business needs
- Participate in Advanced Security Hardening
- Conduct routine audits and health checks
- Assist and train the 1st level support
Main requirements:
- BSc/MSc in Information Technology or any other relevant field
- 2–5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in focused teams
- Azure certification is a plus
- Experience with ITIL is an advantage
- Scripting skills are a plus
