The Role:
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and self-motivated professional to join our Financial Control team. The successful candidate will join a collaborative work environment and develop alongside a growing team, where the skills and competencies will be challenged.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Ensure that all financial information is recorded in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain proper accounting records.
- Verify and record invoices from suppliers.
- Record and check company bank statements.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations.
- Deal with petty cash.
- Directly communicate with suppliers and service providers as applicable.
- Deal with financial paperwork and filing.
- Provide general administrative support.
Main requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or in any related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Working knowledge of SAP accounting software will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
- Excellent oral and written skills in English.
- Energetic, positive, and a team player.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
