Talent Acquisition Specialist – Cyprus or Athens

The Role:

The main responsibilities of the position include:

    • Collaborate with hiring teams to understand their talent needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
    • Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media, other contemporary platforms etc.
    • Screen CVs, conduct in-depth interviews and provide useful insights to hiring teams.
    • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish.
    • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Champion our employer brand, create compelling content to showcase our culture and values and provide suggestions for further enhancements.
    • Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new trends, technologies, and best practices in talent acquisition.
    • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
    • Deliver results as per pre-set KPIs and effectively manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Undertake any other relevant task as assigned. 

Main requirements:

    • BSc/MSc in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or any other related field.
    • CIPD qualification will be considered an advantage.
    • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
    • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Resourceful with drive and passion for talent attraction.
    • Enthusiastic, team player with a strong drive to create a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Working experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) will be considered an advantage.
