Back Office Officer
The Role:
As a Back Office Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and executing client funding requests, accessing and processing a big number of transactions on a daily basis. If you are self-motivated, have a keen eye for detail and seek to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and challenging environment, we would like you to join our team.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Process deposits, withdrawals and refunds based on established policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with the company’s anti-money laundering procedures
- Assist all internal departments with any issues related to client funds
- Maintains awareness and makes the most out of the existing systems and software
- Perform any other related duties as required
Main requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
- Efficient and detail oriented
- Very good organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Greek
- Ability to work on shift rotation is a must
