The Role:

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated professional to join our growing Business Development Team.
As a key player you will be working with the Business Development Manager to craft and execute innovative strategies that will not only expand our client base but also solidify our position as a market leader. If you have a passion for business development, a keen eye for opportunity, and the drive to make a real impact, then this opportunity is made for you.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

    • Perform market analysis for the identification of new business development opportunities. 
    • Generate and follow up on new potential clients.
    • Prepare compelling marketing material including presentations, newsletters, reports, due diligence questionnaires and statistical metrics.
    • Communicate through emails and calls with clients and potential clients.
    • Maintain up to date the Company's CRM (Client Relationship Management) system to ensure accurate client records.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships and when needed accompany the management to global road shows, marketing events, conferences, and investor visits.
    • Conduct comprehensive market research using industry websites and gather competitive intelligence.
    • Ensure Company’s data is accurate and up to date on the various databases and resolve any discrepancies.

Main requirements:

    • BSc/MSc in Finance, Business, Marketing, Investments, Statistics, or any other relevant field
    • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent time management, presentation, and organisational skills.
    • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
    • CFA qualification is a definite plus.
    • Resourcefulness and ability to demonstrate initiative in developing and implementing strategies to generate new leads to be converted into clients.
    • Outstanding client relationship, sales, and negotiation skills. 
    • Strong teamwork and interpersonal
