Marketing Operations Executive
The Role:
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Executive to join our dynamic team and play a key role in executing our marketing activities across the region. This role bridges global strategy with local execution, ensuring brand consistency while adapting initiatives to resonate with local audiences.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Support the implementation of regional marketing strategies, in line with HQ directives
- Support implementation of local strategies in line with regional marketing directives
- Act as the main point of contact with local marketing agencies, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and deliverables
- Localize marketing content and materials to ensure cultural relevance and impact
- Assist in the planning and execution of various promotional campaigns including local events, sponsorships, and activations
- Monitor relevant marketing projects, providing regular updates and insights to the Regional Marketing team
- Perform any marketing related tasks as assigned by the Regional Marketing Manager
Main requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
- At least 3 years of rounded, hands-on marketing experience, with exposure to the local market
- Excellent oral and written skills in English
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to adapt global strategies into locally relevant initiatives
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented
- Highly motivated and passionate, with a strong sense of integrity and a positive attitude in all situations
- Excellent time management skills, ensuring productivity in a fast-paced work environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality work
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively within a dynamic and results-driven environment
