The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketer to join our fast-growing marketing team. As the Head of Marketing, you will lead the marketing department and be responsible for the development and execution of our marketing strategy. Your primary focus is to create brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and enhance our market presence. The main responsibilities of the position include:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to support the company's overall business objectives
    • Drive brand awareness and lead generation through the execution of effective marketing campaigns across various digital channels
    • Set the strategy of performance-based campaigns across various channels and maintain close collaboration with external marketing agencies to ensure optimal results
    • Conduct competitor analysis, including positioning and product offerings
    • Analyse marketing metrics and provide reports to senior management on performance, recommending improvements where necessary
    • Manage a dynamic team of professionals, including designers, content writers, SEO specialists, software developers, and performance marketers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration to achieve the marketing objectives
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, integrating new and innovative marketing techniques to maintain a competitive edge

Main requirements:

    • Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
    • At least 8 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in the online trading or financial services will be considered a strong advantage
    • Proven experience in leading start-ups into new markets is essential
    • Proven ability to leverage social media channels, develop, and implement strategies to increase followers, and drive engagement
    • Proficiency in performance marketing and current online strategies
    • Proficiency in utilising data analytics and market research to make informed decisions and optimise marketing initiatives
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and inspire a diverse team of marketing professionals
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Fluency in English
