Kyrgyz - Speaking Partner Relations Manager
The Role:
We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated professional to join our Partner Relations team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and dynamic environment with learning and growing opportunities.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Develop and implement Partner retention strategies as per the Company’s overall strategy to enhance loyalty and maximize lifetime value.
- Act as the main contact for Partners, fostering strong relationships through personalized support.
- Monitor Partners’ satisfaction, gather and utilise relevant feedback to improve experiences and tailor initiatives accordingly.
- Analyse Partners’ behavior to uncover opportunities for upselling and customisation of products and services.
- Stay up to date on Company’s products and marketing promotions and communicate them effectively to Partners.
- Communicate ideas and suggestions for platform improvements to the Business Development teams
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and best practices in Partner retention, continuously seeking opportunities to improve the Company’s retention efforts.
- Undertake any other relevant task as assigned.
Main requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
- Fluent Kyrgyz speaker with excellent oral and written skills in English.
- Ability to build and maintain excellent business relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Target-oriented and resourceful.
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
