We are looking for a dynamic PR & Communications Manager to spearhead our efforts in increasing brand awareness and elevating our market presence. The success of this role will be measured by tangible increases in media visibility, heightened engagement on social media platforms, and an overall enhancement of Xentral’s brand awareness.
Your Tasks
- You collaborate with the Head of Marketing to craft and execute a lead-facing communication strategy, aligning with our C-level objectives
- You create and capitalise on opportunities for C-level executives to participate in high-profile events like interviews, panels, keynotes, and podcasts, enhancing Xentral’s industry profile
- You conduct and promote industry-relevant studies and trend reports utilising our own data, to broaden Xentral's exposure and establish thought leadership
- You develop and manage a comprehensive organic social media strategy to boost engagement and strengthen brand visibility
- You are open to take on responsibilities related to customer marketing, including the creation of case studies
Your Profile
- You have 3+ years of experience in PR, Communications, or a similar role and comprehensive understanding of media relations and digital PR strategies
- You have the ability to develop and execute social media strategies that resonate with target audiences
- You gained experience in conducting and leveraging research studies and reports for brand promotion
- You are ideally familiar with the tech industry, particularly ERP solutions
- You have fluency or near-native proficiency in German for a DACH-focused audience
