Deine Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt die Xentral-Anwender im Bereich ERP-Core mit deinem Fachwissen bei der Lösung von Problemstellungen mit Email- und Druckeranbindungen im Zusammenspiel mit ERP-Systemen und hilfst ihnen bei der Bewältigung von Herausforderungen im Umgang mit der Software
- Du unterstützt Kunden beim Datenimport via CSV und API
- Du kennst die typischen Fallstricke & Anwenderfragen und arbeitest aktiv mit unserem Produktteam zusammen um die Anwendererfahrung im Bereich ERP Core zu verbessern.
- Du beantwortest typische Anwenderanfragen und bist das Bindeglied zu unseren Fachabteilungen
- Du erklärst, welche Anforderungen unsere Software erfüllt und hilfst bei Problemen per E-Mail, Ticketsystem und Telefon
- Du hältst unsere Qualitätsstandards gegenüber unseren Kunden im Auge und bist für deren Zufriedenheit verantwortlich
Dein Profil
- IT Affinität ist ein Muss. Du kennst den Unterschied zwischen POP3 und IMAP, hast Kenntnisse in SQL und kannst Drucker mit CUPS im Netzwerk einrichten
- Du hast erste Erfahrungen mit API-Plattformen wie Postman sammeln können
- Du hast Erfahrung mit ERP- oder CRM-Systemen als Anwender- & Systemadministrator (z.B. JTL, actindo, odoo, Navision, Billbee o.ä) und bestenfalls kennst du dich bereits mit Xentral aus
- B2B-Support ist für dich nichts Neues oder du hast Spaß an der Kommunikation mit Kunden
- Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Englisch (C1) und Deutsch (C1)
