Als Senior Growth Manager übernimmst du die volle Verantwortung für die operative Umsetzung und Skalierung unserer Paid-Acquisition-Engine. Du kombinierst AI-Tools mit herausragender Kreativität, um optimale Ergebnisse zu erzielen. Dies ist keine rein theoretische Strategierolle, sondern eine wirkungsvolle Execution-Rolle, die tiefes strategisches Denken erfordert. 

Du arbeitest eng mit dem Teamlead Demand Generation, Marketing, Sales und RevOps zusammen, um den Pipeline-Beitrag kontinuierlich zu steigern, die Kosten pro SQL zu optimieren und das Wachstum nachhaltig zu skalieren.

Deine Aufgaben:

    • Du steuerst und optimierst unsere Paid-Kanäle (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, META, Reddit).
    • Du baust einen State-of-the-Art Tech-Stack unter Nutzung von AI und Automatisierung (Claude, Manus, Go Marble AI, n8n etc.) auf, um den Output zu steigern.
    • Du verantwortest Budgetverwaltung und Mediaplanung mit klarem Performance-Fokus und ROI-Verantwortung.
    • Du steuerst eine erstklassige Creative-Strategie, die die Pain Points von KMU-Einzelhändlern adressiert und den Bedarf an ERP-Software weckt.
    • Du stellst eine On-Brand-Kommunikation sicher, die sich klar vom Wettbewerb abhebt und durch exzellentes Copywriting überzeugt.
    • Du optimierst Landingpages, Paid-Funnels und kanalübergreifende Retargeting-Strukturen.
    • Du verantwortest das Tracking-Setup inklusive Server-Side-Tracking und Attribution und implementierst Tools zur Sicherstellung hoher Datenqualität (z. B. Blotout).
    • Du arbeitest tiefgehend mit HubSpot-Reports, um Cost-per-SQL und Pipeline-Beitrag kontinuierlich zu optimieren.
    • Du identifizierst neue Paid-Wachstumschancen und Kanäle und testest diese pragmatisch und datengetrieben.

Dein Profil:

    • Du bringst 5+ Jahre Hands-on-Erfahrung im Performance Marketing mit, idealerweise im B2B SaaS.
    • Du verfügst über operative Meisterschaft in mindestens einem Hauptkanal (META, LinkedIn, Google) und fundierte Kenntnisse in weiteren Kanälen.
    • Du hast starke Erfahrung in der Creative Strategy (Video, Image, Carousel etc.).
    • Du nutzt AI täglich, um den Output durch Automatisierung und LLMs zu maximieren.
    • Du hast Erfahrung in dynamischen, schnell wachsenden Scale-up-Umgebungen.
    • Du bringst ein tiefes Verständnis von Server-Side-Tracking, Attribution und Erfolgsmessung mit; HubSpot-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus.
    • Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch (Kernmarkt DACH) und professionelles Englisch.
