In dieser Rolle arbeitest du direkt mit unserem Chief of Staff, der die internen AI Anstrengungen leitet, zusammen und schaffst die Brücke zwischen strategischem Weitblick und technischer Umsetzung. Du bist kein reiner User von LLMs, sondern verstehst die Mechanik dahinter und brennst darauf, echte Workflows zu automatisieren. Gemeinsam skalieren wir unsere Prozesse für den DACH-Mittelstand und das E-Commerce-Umfeld auf das nächste Level.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du identifizierst eigenständig Automatisierungspotenziale in unseren internen Business-Prozessen (z.B. Sales, Marketing oder Operations) und setzt diese mittels KI-Agenten und Low-Code-Tools um. Dabei bringst du eigene, neue Tool-Ideen mit ein.
- Du unterstützt die AI-Taskforce bei der Konzeption und dem Prototyping von KI-gestützten Workflows, die unseren Kunden im B2B- und E-Commerce-Sektor echten Mehrwert bieten.
- Du baust und pflegst Automatisierungen mit Tools wie Claude und Gemini und integrierst Agenten in bestehende Systemlandschaften.
- Du führst Markt- und Technologie-Recherchen im Bereich AI durch, um sicherzustellen, dass wir technologisch immer einen Schritt voraus sind.
- Du bereitest komplexe technische Konzepte so auf, dass sie als Entscheidungsgrundlage für die Management-Ebene dienen können.
Dein Profil:
- Du befindest dich im Masterstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs – idealerweise an der Technischen Hochschulen Augsburg, LMU oder der TU München.
- Du hast bereits erste „Breakthroughs“ mit eigenen KI-Projekten erzielt – sei es im Studium, in Praktika oder durch private Projekte (z.B. eigene GPTs, KI-Automatisierungen oder das Bauen von Agenten-Strukturen).
- Du verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis für KI-Workflows und bist sicher im Umgang mit LLMs und KI-basierten Automatisierungstools; idealerweise hast du bereits erste Erfahrungen mit Python oder Prompt Engineering gesammelt.
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine proaktive Hands-on-Mentalität aus und brennst darauf, komplexe Probleme durch kluge, automatisierte Lösungen zu knacken.
- Du hast eine hohe Affinität für die Welt von B2B-Software und E-Commerce und verstehst, wie effiziente Prozesse zum Wachstum beitragen.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl in Wort als auch in Schrift.
