Key Responsibilities
- Develop Robust Solutions: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for backend or full-stack applications.
- Microservices & APIs: Build and optimize microservices and APIs to ensure seamless communication between client applications and backend systems.
- Full Development Lifecycle: Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Design and implement scalable solutions using cloud platforms and automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaboration in Agile Teams: Engage in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement of development practices.
- Database Management: Design and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance optimization.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong proficiency in backend languages like Java, .NET, Python, and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with modern frameworks like Spring Boot, Express, NestJS, Django, or .NET Core.
- A solid understanding of microservices architecture and building RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Database proficiency in PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server.
- Familiarity with DevOps principles, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
- Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- A collaborative mindset with experience working in Agile environments.
Key Skills and Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
- Advanced proficiency in the English Language (at least B2 in speaking, writing, listening, and reading).
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Expertise in core languages such as Java, C#, Python, and/or Node.js.
- Experience with popular backend frameworks like Spring Boot, Express, NestJS, Django, or .NET Core.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies: unit, integration, and end-to-end (e2e) testing.
- Proficiency with at least one of the following databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, or Elasticsearch.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, and familiarity with GraphQL.
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in Typescript / Javascript (Full-Stack).
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, Angular, and Vue (Full-Stack).
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes, and CI/CD Automation.
- Knowledge of message brokers like RabbitMQ and event buses like Apache Kafka.
- Understanding of authentication frameworks (OpenID Connect, OAuth2, and/or SAML2).
- Awareness of design patterns and architectural styles like REST, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
