Your Responsibilities
- Contribute to cloud-based SailPoint migration projects and deliver within agreed timelines.
- Maintain and optimize existing IAM environments, ensuring stability and performance.
- Gather, analyze, and refine requirements with IT and business stakeholders.
- Engineer and manage integrations across the Digital Identity landscape.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and problems with structured troubleshooting.
- Advise on identity-related solutions, ensuring alignment with security standards and compliance.
- Participate in full release cycles including testing, documentation, and deployment.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement automation.
- Review peers’ work and support testing activities to maintain quality.
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint, with a focus on Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and experience in IIQ environments.
- Exposure to migration projects from legacy IAM systems to cloud-based platforms.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (Repositories and Pipelines) and web services (SOAP/REST).
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, ITIL, and DevOps practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and advisory capabilities.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with identity-related platforms such as CyberArk or Auth0.
- Familiarity with automation tools and process improvements in IAM.
- Exposure to modern data integration programs or enterprise-wide digital transformations.
