For our end client in the financial sector, we are looking for a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to support a large-scale CRM modernization program within a complex enterprise landscape.
Salesforce is the strategic CRM platform for the future. At the same time, several critical processes still operate on a legacy Siebel environment. The organization is gradually transforming this landscape by migrating business capabilities, data and integrations towards Salesforce, supported by MuleSoft.
This role is therefore not focused on maintaining legacy systems. Instead, you will help design, guide and implement the transition from Siebel CRM to a modern, scalable and future-proof Salesforce ecosystem.
You will operate at the intersection of business and technology and act as a key stakeholder partner throughout the entire transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs
- Define CRM modernization and migration strategies from Siebel to Salesforce
- Analyse legacy processes, data models and integrations and redesign them for Salesforce
- Design and implement integrations using MuleSoft and API-led connectivity principles
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineers and external vendors
- Provide architectural guidance and ensure quality, consistency and best practices across delivery teams
- Contribute hands-on where needed during implementation phases
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a CRM Specialist, Solution Architect or CRM Consultant
- Strong hands-on Salesforce experience (implementation, configuration and architecture)
- Experience working in enterprise environments, preferably within the financial sector or large banking organizations
- Experience with MuleSoft integrations and API-led connectivity
- Proven experience in CRM transformation and migration programs
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate confidently on both business and technical levels
- Salesforce certifications (Platform, Architect or Consultant)
- Understanding of Siebel or other CRM platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- Experience migrating specifically from Siebel to Salesforce
- Experience working within Agile or SAFe delivery environments
- Experience leading cross-functional teams or architecture initiatives
