Your responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and manage cross-departmental project teams and lead the product development from the product idea to market introduction according to timeline
    • Develop, manage, and communicate detailed project plans and report relevant Milestones to management decision board
    • Report defined KPI´s, such as project status, project cost, resource status which provide transparency on the operational status, business impact and potential as well as technical perspective and shortcomings
    • Define customer and product requirements, identify new product solutions, and determine feasibility and business impact, and scoping
    • Review the project orientation and results during the evaluation phase in comparison with the strategic orientation for all projects

Your qualifications:

    • Degree in economics, business administration, marketing, or a related field of study
    • Experience in project management of physical goods (consumer goods or medical/health industry)
    • Great interest and talent in coordination of international and interdisciplinary teams
    • You are detail-oriented with excellent time management skills you find it easy to identify priorities
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
    • Excellent communication skills; both written and spoken
    • Need of extensive social, professional, methodological, and entrepreneurial skills.
