Your Role
Our Facilities Co-ordinator is pivotal to ensuring that all Work.Life spaces run smoothly and are kept to the highest standards.
You'll work with our Facilities Manager and Area Managers to ensure an exceptional member experience across all touch-points, including maintaining our buildings & equipment safely as well as delivering a flawless IT experience.
Your Day to Day Responsibilities
· Manage our Facilities and IT tickets, responding to all requests within required SLAs
· Manage excellent relationships with our Membership Team, contractors, landlords & suppliers
· Work with our Membership Managers to complete space audits to support in brilliant operational execution
· Work closely with the Facilities team to ensure consistent service across all spaces
· Support the monitoring of the Facilities and IT contractors to ensure performance targets are met and all works are carried out effectively, efficiently and safely
· Support the Facilities Manager in ensuring that health & safety, emergency procedures & safe working practices are enforced and conform to current legislation
· In the absence of the Facilities Manager, take control of any emergency situations & evacuation plans
· Identify areas of improvement in delivery of our services & processes, implementing changes as required
· Assist the Facilities Manager in accumulating and preparing documents for supplier & tender processes
· Ensure safe working practices across our spaces through Health & Safety standards
· Ensure policies, procedures & levels of service are consistent across the business

Your role is key to supporting our Membership Managers to deliver results in the space. Success is measured across the following KPIs, which contribute directly to your team achieving our overall company performance goals.

The need to knows
· The start date for this role is earliest 1st November 2024.
· The interview process will be three stages: a phone interview and two face to face interviews with the final interview including a presentation.
· Megan Beard, Facilities Manager, will be the hiring manager for this role.
· The salary for this role is £30,000 to £35,000
Where you’ll be working
You will base yourself across our London spaces, up to 5 days per week. The role will also involve travel across our Reading and Manchester spaces and further afield as the business grows.
