We are looking for a IT Service Analyst to join Competence Hub project. You will establish and optimize internal procedures, leveraging existing knowledge inside the company and evaluating/collaborating in the ramp up of new projects across various departments.

• Develop, document, and implement efficient internal processes and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness;

• Utilize existing company knowledge and resources to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes;

• Initiate and manage new projects from conception through to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives;

• Provide expert advice and support to various teams, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation;

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and coordinated efforts across the organization;

• Conduct training sessions and workshops, ensuring smooth implementation of new procedures.

•  Academic Background in Information Technologies or relevant previous experience in Application Support/Service Analysis;

•  Proven experience in Application Support

•  IT basic knowledge (cloud, network, databases, application servers and how they fit together);

•  Passionate about technology, problem solving and eagerness to learn

•  Willing to engage in our international mindset and culture.
