You'll be focused in
• Using your expert knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows client operating systems (Windows 10/11) in an enterprise environment
• Designing client standards, settings, policies, hardening, and driver management
• Providing consulting and in-depth troubleshooting for client-related topics
• Managing clients using Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune
• Integrating clients into SCCM and/or Intune
• Offering consulting and troubleshooting for client management-related topics
• Applying ITSM processes and best practices to ensure smooth IT operations amidst continuous changes
In order to succeed, you’ll need
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience
• Proven experience working as a IT Ops or related role
• Expert knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Windows client operating systems such as Windows 10 and Windows 11 – preferably in an enterprise environment
• Experience in client design (standards, settings, policies, hardening, driver management and much more)
• Proven experience and in-depth troubleshooting for client related topics
• Experience with Microsoft SCCM to manage clients
• Knowledge in ITSM processes and best practices to ensure a smooth IT operation even with continuous changes
Nice to have
• Experience in macOS and managing Mac clients with JAMF and/or Intune
• Experience in Ubuntu and managing Linux clients with Foreman and/or Intune
