• Governance with a focus on compliance with process and system harmonization and standardization

• Technical operation and technical support (Tier 2/3)

• Module-specific and cross-module coordination with the HR departments involved as well as functional advice to other stakeholders, e.g. data protection, central co-determination bodies

• Identification, review, design and further development of business processes, data fields and workflows, mapping in the processes and the SuccessFactors system

• Technical validation of the product design according to the requirements, including the correct configuration of the SuccessFactors system

• Ensuring the necessary technical tests from a governance perspective

• Module-specific coordination during release and CR management, including coordination with the relevant stakeholders

• Module-specific consulting of the cluster organization during roll-out and localization

• Experience with at least one of the following topics within HR processes:

- Learning Management

- Reporting

- Platform

- Performance & Goals / Succession & Development

- Onboarding

- Compensation Management

• Degree in related knowledge area

• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
