• Setting up complex business rules, workflows and data models tailored to organization needs based on SAP best practices.

• Offering continuous support to solve the incidents, bugs/any technical challenges in EC

• Handling technical issues reported by users, performing root cause analysis and implementing fixes like debugging workflows, correcting data inconsistencies, or resolving integration errors.

• Implementing measures to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data within Employee Central by setting up validation rules and conducting regular data audits.

• Managing user roles and permissions to ensure that sensitive data is protected and only accessible to authorized personnel

• Integrating Employee Central with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

• Conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within the timeline

• Creating detailed technical documentation, including system configurations, integration setups, and troubleshooting guides, to support ongoing maintenance and future upgrades.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

• 6+ years experience with SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central. Experience with RBP + Compensation & Variable Pay is a plus

• Hands-on experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly in Employee Central

• E2E Implementation experience and AMS (Application Maintenance Support) experience in SuccessFactors EC

• Ability to evaluate and document business requirements

• Have initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Great English skills, both written and spoken.
