• Implementing processes from production and logistics, including workshops, parts logistics and warranty consulting/developing

• Translating business requirements into SAP customization according to best practices

• Consulting business departments in SAP solutions available

• Participating actively on the template rollout of standardize processes on SAP Automotive Industry Solution

• Taking care of SAP “3rd level” operations of the respective SAP modules

• Collaborating with other external suppliers.

• Proven experience working with SAP PP module and SAP manufacturing processes

• Knowledge of end to end end to end logistics and production processes and integration

• In-depth knowledge of the SAP system ERP 6.0 (EHP 8) and higher

• Analytical thinking to understand the existing environment and understand business processes and demands

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Great English skills, both written and spoken. 

• Experience in IT Service Management (ITIL)

• Automotive processes knowledge/experience
