• Conducting in-depth analysis of security incidents, providing actionable insights and recommendations for remediation

• Developing comprehensive use cases, define rules, and detect anomalies within the SIEM environment to proactively identify security threats

• Managing system deployments, upgrades, ongoing maintenance and operations

• Configurating and operation of security device authentication, management & logging platforms

• Utilizing expertise in Splunk to optimize SIEM operations and enhance threat detection capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience

• Proven experience working as a Security Operations Engineer or other similar roles;

• Experience in designing, implementing, and managing SIEM systems, with a strong emphasis on creating use cases, defining rules, and detecting anomalies

• Experience working with Splunk or Sentinel, with the ability to leverage these tools for advanced security analytics and threat detection

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Great English skills, both written and spoken. 

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, such as AWS and/or Azure, with a focus on securing cloud environments

• ISO 27001 CISSP, CISA certifications.
