You’ll be focused in
• Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle
• Collaborating with hiring managers to create detailed job descriptions and requisitions
• Posting job opening on various job boards, company career sites, and social media platforms
• Implementing solution for track and manage candidate applications, ensuring timely communication and updates
• Handling the offer process, including offer letter creation, negotiation, and acceptance
• Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed to improve results
• Managing the entire onboarding process, ensuring that all required documentation and compliance standards are fulfilled
• Regularly evaluate and enhance onboarding, crossboarding and offboarding programs and processes using feedback and industry best practices
• Creating detailed technical documentation, including system configurations, integration setups, and troubleshooting guides, to support ongoing maintenance and future upgrades
• Offering continuous support to solve the incidents, bugs/ any technical challenges in recruiting & onboarding process following SLA's

In order to succeed, you'll need
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors - Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing & Onboarding 2.0
• E2E Implementation experience and AMS (Application Maintenance Support) experience in SuccessFactors recruiting, recruiting marketing, onboarding 2.0
• Ability to evaluate and document business requirements
• Have initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Great English skills, both written and spoken.
