You’ll be focused in
• Producing and maintaining accurate records of learning and development activities, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Assisting in the operational organization of training programs, including scheduling rooms and communicating relevant details to participants.
• Monitoring and tracking attendance, cancellations, and survey participation, while supporting the maintenance of the database.
• Playing a vital role in enhancing the efficiency of the HR team by providing proactive administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
In order to succeed, you’ll need
• Degree in Office Administration or comparable work experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective time management abilities
• Capability to identify and correct mistakes, fostering continuous improvement
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player
