You'll be focused in
• 1st & 2nd level support;
• Hardware and software Support (Windows, macOS & IOS);
• Users and digital signatures card management;
• Hardware / image deployment;
• Support ticketing follow up;
• Suppliers management;
• Security Incident Management.
In order to succeed, you'll need
• Proven experience of at least 2 years working as a IT Ops or comparable job experience;
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills;
• Resilience
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Ability to work with minimal levels of supervision;
• Availability to travel.
Nice To Have
• ITIL Certification
About the product
We are collaborating with the Volkswagen Group to expand its development and operations while growing our teams simultaneously. We currently have different teams managing and developing software for the Group and we are looking for an IT Office Ops to support us on our daily basis.
