• Integrating different systems, modifying data and ensuring smooth communication between them

• Designing, developing and implementing scripts to onboard data into security systems (e.g. SIEM, SOAR and Vulnerability Management tools)

• Designing, developing and implementing automations, especially for SOAR systems

• Defining requirements for data sources and coordinating their provision in cooperation with other departments

• Discussing new scripting needs with internal customers and providing solution concepts in form of rough specs and fine specs

• Creating technical documentations in Confluence for the scripts and solutions you have developed

• Operating scripts and workflows and being responsible for their technical functionality

• Being technical owner of Linux servers on which the scripts are running (Application Layer only)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable work experience

• Proven experience working with APIs

• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting

• Experience developing automations and workflows for SOAR tools such as IBM QRadar SOAR, Tenable or Splunk

• Strong knowledge of system architecture and operation

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as strong communication

• Well versed in English, both written and spoken

• Experience with integrations in large enterprise environments
