Improving the lives of patients suffering from Atrial Fibrillation (a pathology causing an irregular heart rate) thanks to artificial intelligence ? It is possible !
The creation of Volta Medical follows the discovery of a new complex medical procedure to treat atrial fibrillation (the most common cardiac arrhythmia in the world) by the company’s founders, world experts in interventional rhythmology and intracardiac signal analysis.
Volta Medical is an innovative start-up based in Marseille, whose goal is to provide a range of artificial intelligence-based products to guide the cardiologist during ablation-type procedures.
We started this adventure 7 years ago and our team now has nearly 70 employees in France, Germany and the United States ! We completed a $27 million Series A round in November 2020 and a $36 million Series B round in January 2023.

- In the context of projects involving data collection and medical devices software you will :
- Create test strategy and plan to ensure quality of our products,
- Create and maintain manual automated test cases,
- Review software requirements and provide input to ensure they are testable,
- Test execution and campaign planning, defect management (problem report) with Software & Product team,
- Perform smoke test/sanity tests and regression testing,
- Use test management software to ensure traceability and coverage, provide test reports
- Support validation process, collaborate and contribute with Software & Product team to define
- User stories testability/review bugs
- Configuration management

- Preparing a master’s / engineering (BAC + 5)
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Team player attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in Medical Device Industry is appreciated
- Knowledge in Test automation tools (Cypress, Selenium, Javascript, Jira/Xray etc…) is appreciated
- Knowledge in Software Life cycle, Agile methodology is appreciated
