We are looking for a Marketing Manager EU to join our marketing team to enhance Volta’s market
positioning and look after marketing of Volta’s products.


Reporting directly to the VP Marketing based in the US, you will be responsible for the creation and
execution of Volta’s marketing strategy for its products and general visibility of the Company by:

- Owning responsability for development, execution, and business performance of all programs designed to increase revenue in the EU
- Understanding and anticipation of customer needs
- Supporting of the field proactively with on-going customer-facing activities and field presence
- Developing the value of existing products
- Preparing the marketing strategy of Volta’s products in line with the existing go-to-market strategy and ethical limitations of marketing in healthcare
- Understanding the role of different stakeholders (hospitals, physicians, strategic players (e.g. mapping companies)) involved in the medical sales process and preparing the marketing strategy and materials accordingly
- Preparing the strategy to increase Volta’s visibility with all stakeholders
- Fostering effective communication of Volta’s products with the development of:
• marketing materials to assist the sales process
• social media and other digital channels
• EU congress presence (including booth design/management)
- Managing 3rd party partners including ad/creative agencies and consultants, physician congress partners, and the like.
- Improving Volta’s corporate communications and positioning in the healthcare ecosystem
- Communicating marketing strategy within the organization
- Collaborating with Global Educational Department and Field Leadership team to develop proper training materials and ensure field proficiency
- Budgeting and project management for EU marketing programs

Required Profile

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing
    • At least 2-3 years’ experience in medical device marketing and or/sales experience
    • Experience in product launching
    • Must be based in France, with a strong preference for Marseille
    • Fluent in English and French.

Preferred Profile

    • MBA or equivalent in business/social sciences (in marketing, PR, etc.)
    • Good knowledge about interventional cardiology or cardiac electrophysiology
    • Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) businesses
    • Exposure to startup environment and an experience in promotion of startups

The position is on a long term contract and requires 20% travel .
