We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our dynamic development team. As a Product Owner, you will play a key role collaborating with the people Business Unit, forming a strong partnership to conceptualize and craft cutting-edge Digital Products.
Your responsibilities:
- Identify & Streamline Business Operations: Anticipate business needs, proposing innovative solutions to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency for both business teams and employees;
- Align Stakeholders with Product Vision: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to build the products’ vision, goals, and objectives;
- Prioritize Features Strategically: Evaluate and prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and demand;
- Manage Stakeholder Expectations: Maintain clear transparency and provide consistent visibility on the roadmap, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed;
- Strategically Refine Product Backlog: Prioritize the product backlog to ensure it accurately reflects evolving business needs.
Your skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience);
- At least 3 years experience.
- Proven Product Ownership: Demonstrated expertise as a Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role within a software development environment;
- Experience in business analysis, translating business needs into feasible solutions, in collaboration with the technical team;
- Excellent organizational and project management skills;
- Experience leading Low-Code implementation initiatives (preferred Mendix) is a good plus;
- A deep understanding of agile methodologies and adeptness in navigating the intricacies of product development processes;
- Familiarity with utilizing software development tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent platforms;
- Experience in functional testing and usability testing is a good plus;
- Having an outcome-driven approach to problem-solving;
- Be a great communicator;
- Fluency in English (German is a plus).
