We are currently looking to grow our team with an HR Specialist - Learning & Development (LMS Successfactors) for our Office in Valencia, Spain.
Your responsabilities:
- Implement the LMS in Success factor module
- Configure the LMS for internal usage across the company
- Develop internal HR training processes within the company
- Support on planning further trainings
- Migrate the existing information from other sources into Success Factors
Your skills:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or similar area of expertise
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Successfactors LMS module
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Microsoft Tools (O365) knowledge
- Good sense of responsibility and task organization and priorization
