The Volkswagen Group Services is a major service partner within the Volkswagen Group. Our In-house Consulting department combines knowledge and network in the whole VW Group and acts as a partner on eye level.

Your Responsibilities:
- Analysis of business requirements and understanding business processes of various customers;
- Document detailed business processes, functional and technical requirements;
- Creation of solution design, configuration and adjustment of the Sales, Service and others Core platform applications from Salesforce.com;
- Advice on technical and methodological questions in all aspects of the Salesforce platform;
- Analysis, conception and implementation and integration requirements in the Salesforce environment, especially Sales and Service Cloud;
- Constant cooperation with stakeholders to maintain the business relationship and expand;
- Managing and controlling sub-projects, ensure satisfaction with the services provided and identify opportunities for further growth.
- Consulting in technical and methodological questions in all aspects of the Salesforce platform
- Cooperation with stakeholders and thereby the expansion of business relationships, ensuring
- Customer satisfaction and identification of growth opportunities
Your profile:
- Studies in computer science, business informatics, economics or comparable qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Salesforce experience and general experience in the consulting environment
- Relevant experience with the CRM solution Salesforce as well as in the consulting environment
- Bsc degree or technical course/background;
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) Certification;
- Salesforce Sales / Service Cloud Consultant Certification;
- Desirable: Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification;
- Fluent in English;
- German is a plus.
