Your Responsabilities:
- Documentation of detailed functional and technical requirements
- Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications
- Conception and implementation of e-mail marketing campaigns
- Consulting on technical and methodological issues in all aspects of Marketing Cloud
- Definition, planning and continuous development of the campaign portfolio
- Analysis and monitoring of the CRM activities set up, including derivation of optimization approaches and recommendations for action for the CRM area
Your Profile:
- Degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications
- relevant experience with the CRM solution Salesforce as well as in the consulting environment
- Recommended Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) and Salesforce Email Specialist
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Knowledge of HTML, AMPScript and SQL
- Very good English skills
- Communication skills, high level of initiative, customer-oriented and independent work within our project teams
