We are seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to join our dynamic development team. As a Solutions Architect, you will play a key role designing architecture best practices, common applications components, and working with business areas as well as Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, and Security compliance teams to design applications. We need your leadership, agility, courage, strong communication skills, passion for learning, resilience and self-awareness.
Your responsibilities:
- Drive consultations with internal customers to understand business and technical requirements for projects;
- Coordination of customer requirements and translation into solution concepts;
- Analyze technology environment and create solution prototypes:
- Design and management of all phases of development projects as a Mendix expert;
- Work collaboratively across business and IT organizations;
- Problem-solve, prioritize, and manage projects using Agile methodology;
- Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing project status and deliverables.
Your skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience);
- 2+ years of experience designing and development of software applications as a Tech Lead or Application/Solution Architect;
- 8+ years of software development experience (preferably with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .Net, Java, C#, JQuery or similar technologies);
- Good practical knowledge of Low Code;
- Web service technologies (REST, MicroService);
- Knowledgeable on RDBMS/SQL;
- OOP such as Java to create custom logic and integrate it into the Mendix application;
- GIT and CI/CD pipeline;
- Fluent in English (German is a plus);
- Willingness to travel;
- Experience in the following areas is an advantage (Features of Mendix Studio Pro, Container technologies – Docker / Kubernetes, UI frameworks Angular, Typescript, Bootstrap).
