We are in search of a Revenue Assistant (Invoicing) Specialist to strengthen our team. The role focuses on revenue generation processes, including offer creation, invoicing, contract setup, and customer follow-ups, facilitating our financial growth and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the end-to-end invoicing process, from offer creation to customer payments.
    • Assist in setting up contracts with customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with VW Group policies.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure timely payments and resolve any issues.
    • Maintain and update customer data in Salesforce and other financial systems.
    • Work closely with the sales and project management teams to ensure alignment on financial projections and billing.
    • Contribute to the optimization of revenue processes for efficiency and effectiveness.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance, with a focus on invoicing, revenue recognition, and customer contract management.
    • Proficient in Salesforce and MS Excel; experience with financial management software (e.g., SAP).
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and English; German proficiency is a plus.
    • A proactive team player with a detail-oriented approach and the capacity to thrive in an international setting.
