The role:

    • The People & Talent Business Operations Specialist will work under the guidance of the People and Talent Manager to execute crucial HR tasks and facilitate the daily operations of our People and Talent department. This role requires an individual who is adept at handling multiple administrative tasks and is committed to improving HR processes to support the overall objectives of the organization.

Your responsabilities:

    • Assist with the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Manage onboarding sessions for new hires and ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and information to start their journey with us.
    • Maintain HR records, such as employee data (attendance, EEO data, etc.) and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits plans.
    • Provide support in the development and implementation of HR policies and systems.
    • Coordinate training sessions and seminars and manage logistics for HR projects and events.
    • Handle HR queries and provide administrative support to the People and Talent Manager.
    • Analyze data and prepare HR reports and metrics for decision support.
    • Foster relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure HR processes align with internal policies and practices.

Experience and Qualifications:

    • Bachelorʼs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
    • 2-4 years of experience in an HR operational role, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
    • Strong understanding of HR operations and best practices.
    • Skilled in the use of HR software HRIS or HRMS and proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
    • Effective communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and English; German is a plus.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
