We are currently looking to grow our team with a People Operations Specialist.

The role:

    • The People Operations Specialist will work under the guidance of the People and Talent Manager to execute crucial HR tasks and facilitate the daily operations of our People and Talent department. This role requires an individual who is adept at handling multiple administrative tasks and is committed to improving HR processes to support the overall objectives of the organization.

Your responsabilities:

    • Manage onboarding sessions for new hires and ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and information to start their journey with us.
    • Work in collaboration with our payroll vendor introducing payroll changes and variables in SAP and following the payroll cycle to ensure that our people are paid accurately. In addition of making Social Security communications through SAP (parental leaves, travels abroad…).
    • Manage the administration of compensation and benefits plans.
    • Prepare employment contracts, company certificates and other labor documentation for our employees.
    • Ensure adherence to labor regulations and internal procedures, guaranteeing a compliant and efficient HR environment, with the support of our Legal and Compliance department.
    • Maintain HR records, such as employeedata (attendance, EEO data, etc.), and analyze data and prepare HR reports and metrics for decision support.
    • Address employee queries and incidents of a legal-labor nature, payroll, benefits, and on HR policies and procedures.
    • Provide support in the development and implementation of HR policies and systems.
    • Foster relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure HR processes align with internal policies and practices.
    • Handle related tasks to ensure a safe and healthy workplace in our offices and in the remote locations.
    • Assist with the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Your skills:

    • Bachelorʼs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR operational role, managing the payroll cycle and the previous HR administration tasks.
    • Strong understanding of HR operations and best practices.
    • Skilled in the use of SAP software and proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Skilled in working with different collective agreements at the same time.
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
    • Effective communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and English; German is a plus.
    • Nice to have: experience managing Risk Prevention tasks (with the support of an external vendor).
