About The Role

In the Marketing department, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager for our Audio Experiences team (“Mod”). Your mission will be to envision and execute on the product marketing strategy in order to grow the Voicemod user base all over the world. You will work with the cross-functional product team on delivering high-quality audio experiences that our users will love, use and share. You will be responsible to help identifying and putting the right content in front of the right users through the right channels, thus continuously improving retention and engagement rates.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping Voicemod’s roadmap through competitive insight, target audience definition, product positioning, go-to-market strategies and the execution of key launches that push our brand forward.

What you'll do

    • Help shape the roadmap for Audio Experiences: As the PMM, you will play a critical role in deciding what voices, sound effects and other audio assets we will create for our users 
    • Plan and implement multichannel campaigns to activate, engage, and convert customers through our audio assets
    • Increase adoption by communicating new and existing audio assets to our existing customers (up- & cross-sell)
    • Continuously develop & evolve the value proposition and ensure that it aligns with what our users need
    • Work closely with data/analytics tools to define customer segments to target with specific messages, and to forecast the impact your initiatives will achieve (“Personalization”)
    • You’ll use your expertise and data-driven recommendations to make a lasting mark across all of our channels including email, mobile push notifications, in-app messages, and others.

What you'll need

    • You’re a digitally native gamer or streamer, or have a thorough understanding of the gaming space
    • Ideally you have some strong affiliation with or passion for audio
    • Minimum 2 years experience in customer marketing (product marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM) across the whole user journey: Ideally experience in a consumer content subscription-based, mobile gaming or social media related app company
    • Analytical thinking with strong skills in user segmentation & personalization using data tools
    • You’re a self-starter who is comfortable in a role that is equal parts strategy as it is execution
    • User obsession. High drive for understanding and meeting users’ needs
    • Grittiness. You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on
    • A high bar across the board -- from your own contributions to the people you work with, to the products you work on
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    • Technical understanding that spans all levels of abstraction and the systems you'll be building
    • Language skills: English fluent, American English native preferred
