About the role 💡
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions that support the company's strategic goals. The role will require strong analytical skills, technical knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization.
What you'll do 💼
- Ensure all stakeholder have access to data and you’ll guide them to generate insights
- Coordinate the continuous improvement of out Looker and Tableau reporting infrastructure
- Provide insights to support business decisions
- Collaborate with IT, business and other teams to gather and integrate data from various sources
- Support the development and execution of data governance and quality control processes
- Stay current with new BI technologies and recommend solutions to improve data analysis and reporting capabilities
What you'll need ✅
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis or related field
- Strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Excellent SQL
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with data visualization and data storytelling
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
Bonus Points 🦄
- Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing
- Hand-on experience with DBT

Hiring process ⚙️
Our interview process takes place on Google Meet and tends to consist of the following stages:
1️⃣ TA Team - Validate details, experience and tell you more about Voicemod (45min).
2️⃣ Hiring Manager - Give you a job overview and go deeper on your professional experience (60min).
3️⃣ Technical Assessment - A challenge to go deeper on your technical skills and a follow up interview (up to 120 min).
4️⃣ Final Interview - Last conversation focused on soft skills and ways of working (60min).
