***This is a field-based position that requires up to 80% travel to various hospitals in the Northeast US, primarily in Pennsylvania. Ideal candidates should reside in the state, preferably in the Philadelphia area***

The Clinical Applications Specialist will provide training and support for Vision RT’s customers as required by Vision RT’s Business Plan and in accordance with Vision RT’s Quality Management System

Key Responsibilities will include:

    • Liaising closely with key customer sites to develop clinical protocols
    • Attending exhibitions and providing product demonstrations/assisting sales at customer sites
    • Providing clinical applications training to customers both on site and remotely, as well as creating and implementing support training information (workflows, user guides, e-learning courses)
    • Providing phone support to customers and colleagues on the clinical operation of Vision RT systems
    • Coordinating or leading customer and/or employee training classes. May also conduct group presentations at seminars, training programs and trade shows
    • Liaising with R&D to provide product feedback and recommendations for improvement, and providing testing and feedback analysis to development staff
    • Assisting in generating customer information bulletins (CIB) and tracking and delivery of those bulletins

Essential Skills & Experience:

    • Associate degree or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
    • 3+ years minimum experience in Clinical radiotherapy environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
    • Excellent communications skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Experienced working in a fast paced commercial or clinical environment
    • Must have a valid driver's license and passport is required as 90-100% of this role involves travel both domestic and international
    • AlignRT/OSMS experience
