About the role
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is perfect for individuals eager to break into medical device sales, develop their prospecting skills, and contribute to a high-impact industry. The primary responsibility of this position is cold-calling radiotherapy centers across the U.S. to identify and qualify potential leads and pass them on to our regional sales representatives for further engagement.
Key Responsibilities will include
- Conduct high-volume outbound warm and cold calls to radiotherapy centers and oncology departments.
- Introduce our products, and assess interest in learning more.
- Identify key stakeholders and gather essential information for follow-up by regional sales representatives.
- Utilize CRM tools to track outreach efforts, log interactions, and maintain a pipeline of leads.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales managers to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-through.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and key challenges in the radiotherapy space.
- Continuously refine sales techniques and messaging to maximize conversion rates.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product information.
- Experience with Microfsoft Office
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Large Language Models is a plus.
- 2+ Years of sales experience preferred (medical device preferred)
