***This role requires up to 70-80% travel and we are looking for candidates from the Warsaw, Wroclaw, Poznan, Krakow or Katowice area. The position requires travel throughout the country and occasional trips abroad***
 
As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will play an indispensable role in our team by supporting our customers in optimizing and utilizing our products, assisting with sales, and providing customer service. Your responsibilities include delivering clinical training and testing our products within the broader radiation oncology community.

Key Responsibilities will include:

    • Liaising with the EMEA sales and service team and our distributors at product specialist level.
    • Training and advising customers on the use, optimisation of radiotherapy hardware and software.
    • Support both on site, by phone and remotely.
    • Providing clinical training.
    • Testing new software and product releases in a clinical environment.
    • Monitoring and reporting on the needs of existing customers to provide support and assistance with the clinical use of Vision RT products.
    • Working closely with key customers to develop clinical protocols and clinical support.
    • Liaising with R&D to provide product feedback and recommendations for future improvements.
    • Attending trade shows, conferences, and industry training.
    • Making presentations at local events.
    • Assisting in the creation of training materials i.e. catalogues, manuals, e-learning courses.
    • Providing telephone support to clients and colleagues on the clinical performance of Vision RT systems.
    • Providing testing, analysis and feedback on new software features to the development team.
    • Supporting distributors and other sales partners in the EMEA region in special situations.
    • Providing emergency support in other regions when required.
    • International travel when necessary.  

Essential skills and experience:

    • Experience in radiotherapy or working in a similar position min. 2 years.
    •  Good work organisation.
    •  High personal culture. 
    •  Self-motivation, initiative, customer and sales results orientation.
    •  Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with both customers and external suppliers.
    •  Ability to solve problems. 
    •  Familiarity with MS Office/Windows Office applications.
    •  Ability to work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
    •  Fluency in Polish and fluency or business English.
    •  University degree in medical physics, electroradiology or related field. 
    •  Ability to conduct training and presentations.
    •  Willingness to travel frequently on business.

Desired skills and experience:

    • Knowledge of clinical trial principles and standards.
    • Experience working in a medical device/technology company
    • Experience with AlignRT /OSMS
