About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive customer focused Install Project Manager to join our team. As an Install Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing first-class project support to our customers during their installation journey.
***This role can be based in either Germany, France, Spain, Poland or UK***
Key Responsibilities
- Manage installation from time of purchase order through to acceptance for full Vision RT product range
- Review site surveys ensuring all aspects of installation requirements are met in line with Vision RT processes and procedures
- Manage multiple installation projects simultaneously providing exemplary customer service
- Resolve project issues in a timely manner
- Plan installations with Vision RT engineer to ensure room readiness and correct allocation of engineer’s time
- Liaise with customers, 3rd party contractors, engineers, clinical applications trainers, sales and operations
- Ability to travel 10% of the time (mainly Europe)
Essential Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's, associate Degree or qualified by experience
- 2 years experience in Field Service Engineering and/ or technical project management or project coordination
- Familiarity working in a regulated environment
- Experience supporting external and internal customers
- Fluent in German & English
- Customer-facing and technical problem-solving skills
- Interfacing with clients and other stakeholders at all levels of their organization
- Ability to read and work with technical drawings and architects’ drawings
- Commercially aware
- Attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple projects
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Radiation Oncology /Radiotherapy/ Medical Imaging
- Installations Project Management
