Radiation Therapist for Clinical Application Specialist position- Illinois/Chicago

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Liaising closely with key customer sites to develop clinical protocols
- Attending exhibitions and providing product demonstrations/assisting sales at customer sites
- Providing clinical applications training to customers both on site and remotely, as well as creating and implementing support training information (workflows, user guides, e-learning courses)
- Providing phone support to customers and colleagues on the clinical operation of Vision RT systems
- Coordinating or leading customer and/or employee training classes. May also conduct group presentations at seminars, training programs and trade shows
- Liaising with R&D to provide product feedback and recommendations for improvement, and providing testing and feedback analysis to development staff
- Assisting in generating customer information bulletins (CIB) and tracking and delivery of those bulletins
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Associate degree or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
- 3+ years minimum experience in Clinical radiotherapy environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent communications skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experienced working in a fast paced commercial or clinical environment
- Must have a valid driver's license and passport is required as 90-100% of this role involves travel both domestic and international
- AlignRT/OSMS experience
