About the Role

Vision RT is seeking a Medical Physicist to join the team as a Product Manager, supporting customers across Taiwan and the wider APAC region. This home‑based role combines technical expertise with commercial and customer-facing activities, including pre‑sales support, product demonstrations and clinical testing. Acting as a product specialist, you will work closely with sales teams, distributors, R&D, and clinical partners to drive product adoption, gather structured feedback, and support ongoing product development. The role involves significant regional travel and offers the opportunity to influence product success across a diverse and fast‑growing market.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Pre‑Sales Support
  • • Support Regional Sales Managers with pre‑sales activities, including product presentations to prospective customers.
    • Assist with product demonstrations at customer sites, exhibitions, seminars, and trade shows.
    • Act as a product specialist for distributors and commercial partners across APAC, with occasional support to other regions as required.
    • Assist with tender process and documentation
• Training & Education
  • • Support the translation of training materials such as workflows, user guides, and e‑learning content.
• Product Testing & Feedback
  • • Assist with clinical testing of new software and product releases across a wide range of clinical scenarios.
    • Provide structured feedback and analysis to R&D to support product development and future improvements.
    • Support the creation and distribution of Customer Information Bulletins (CIBs).
• Ongoing Support
  • • Ensure full training and certification across all Vision RT products to maintain the required level of expert support.
• Travel & Working Pattern
  • • Travel up to 75-80% of working time.
    • Occasional weekend work and travel as required.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Medical Physicist certification or equivalent academic qualification (BSc, MSc, etc)
• 3 or more years of clinical experience in radiotherapy
• Fluent in Mandarin & good to business level English
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, either at conferences of for commercial.
• Customer-oriented and result-driven
• Self-sufficient and self-motivated

Desirable skills & experience

• Commercial experience a plus
• Technical skills either with software  (Python, C#, C++, C, VDHL, FPGA) or Windows OS /Software.
