The role of the Operations/ Spares Co-ordinator is to be the main contact for field service support and processing spare part requests for installed systems. You are also responsible for providing administrative support as required to the Operations team

Key Responsibilities will include

    • Processing spare parts requests in a timely manner and liaising with suppliers accordingly
    • Return management process
    • Internal stock transfers for warehouse replenishment
    • Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
    • Maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts, including stock levels, reorder points, and critical spares.
    • Ensure timely procurement, delivery, and availability of spare parts to minimize downtime.
    • Communicate effectively with maintenance teams to understand their spares needs and respond promptly.
    • Maintain detailed records of spare parts inventory, procurement history, and usage.
    • Ensure spare parts handling complies with safety and environmental regulations.

Essential Skills & Experience

    • Attention to detail. Thoroughly reviewing and checking work to avoid errors and maintain accuracy.
    • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
    • High integrity in all administrative responsibilities
    • Problem-solving, ability to analyse complex requests and manage suitable solutions.
    • Proficient in business systems for order processing
    • Experienced in Business and Administration roles.  
    • Evidence of teamwork & collaboration, working effectively with others.
    • Order processing systems (ERP i.e. SAP, Sage, etc) experience 

Desirable Skills & Experience

    • Spares or parts coordination /administration background
    • Sage 200
