**This position is a field role, requiring extensive travel (70-80% of the time) to different hospitals in China or Taiwan, with up to 2-4 nights away. Additionally, there may be occasions when travel to other areas within APAC**
About the Role
This position is responsible for delivering training on Vision RT’s SGRT product portfolio to radiation therapists, medical physicists, and radiation oncologists. Training will be delivered through multiple formats, including classroom-based sessions at the Shanghai Training Facility, remote/virtual training, and on-site training at hospitals across China.
This is a field-based role supporting customers throughout China, with occasional ad hoc support across other APAC regions. The role requires extensive travel, with an expected travel rate of approximately 85–95% per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise closely with key customer sites to develop and support clinical protocols
- Deliver clinical applications training to customers on-site and remotely
- Create, implement, and maintain training and support materials, including workflows, user guides, and e-learning courses
- Coordinate and/or lead customer and employee training classes
- Conduct group presentations at seminars, training programs, and trade shows
- Attend exhibitions and provide product demonstrations, supporting sales activities at customer sites
- Assist in generating Customer Information Bulletins (CIBs), including tracking and delivery
Essential Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, higher education qualification, or certification in Radiation Therapy
- Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience in Radiation Therapy
- Strong training and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with clinical, sales, and support teams
- Willingness to travel extensively across China and other regions as required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external customers and
- Fluent Mandarin
