As our Head of Brand, you’ll be the strategic owner of Vimcar Brand. You’ll work directly with the executive level to utilise the brand's full potential, positively impact the business, and ensure the effective delivery of the team you’ll hire and lead. In this role:


    • You are a strategic business partner: You understand the big picture and high-level company strategy and create a brand strategy, that will support the business goals
    • You are the owner of Vimcar brand: you assess where we are now and how we can be better, you sharpen our brand identity and translate it to all our channels, and ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
    • You are the balancer: You are creating inspiring campaign concepts for our freelance and SMB audience, that will show a great balance between excellent creative work and business needs
    • You are the creative manager: You create and structure our design processes that will enable your team to work efficiently while striving for creative excellence and use your expertise and knowledge to guide them
    • You are the people leader: You hire and build your team, make sure, that they know how their work fits into business strategy, and help them with achieving their professional goals and support their development.


    • You have excellent brand and storytelling skills, and always strive for excellence
    • You are a great communicator, who can understand, align and inspire stakeholders from different fields
    • You know how to design and execute campaigns across different channels for B2B SaaS products
    • You know how to manage a creative team and successfully deliver projects without compromising the quality of their work
    • You deeply care about the quality and the tiny details. You understand how important consistent brand communication is


    • Work on a brand that builds products that help small- and medium- businesses reduce their operational costs and make more room for things they actually enjoy doing
    • Impact: You own the brand design of the entire company and shape how our customers see all of the Vimcar products, and where you’re the decision-maker of all brand & communication topics
    • Autonomy: We’d like to work with you because of your expertise and how you’d like to do things, so we’ll give you space to do that
